one little... two little... Jars of Salsa!

I made my very first batch of Annie's Salsa! And... it is family approved!! Well, hubby did think that it could be hotter.. It tastes really good!

Got 9 half pints for the pantry!!

Tomorrow, I'll make some more!!

  1. Toni, I'm thinking Annie's Salsa gets hotter with age. Mr. H said mine was too mild, but the last two jars I opened were HOT! It sure is good, though.

  4. Wowza! You sure can grow peppers! I love salsa, but I never can do much about growing peppers. I was just telling Daphne that I needed to reform my attitude. THIS confirms it! Thanks, Toni!

  6. My daughter makes a mean salsa and gives us several jars. What she calls mild will make your finger nails curl. My wife will bake each of us a ½ chicken Brest smothered in salsa and severed over rice. A very easy meal when she doesn’t have to make the salsa. John
